Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms seemed recently updated, although mine was uncomfortably hot. Fortunately, I received an upgrade to a king suite due to my membership status, but some areas needed attention.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, but they felt a bit tired, especially the one I stayed in near the leaky refrigeration unit. The service was friendly, but I didn't receive an upgrade despite my Marriott status. The location was convenient for restaurants and attractions, but there were some issues with the shower surround. The dining options were limited and overpriced. Overall, it was an okay stay but could be improved in some areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, unfortunately, lacked sufficient soundproofing and felt outdated, allowing a lot of noise to filter in from the hallway and adjoining rooms, although the view of the Richmond Coliseum was nice. On the bright side, the service was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, making my overall experience pleasant. The location was a bit of a letdown as the staff failed to offer help or solutions, but the downtown area was within walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. Dining options were varied, from Jimmy John's to Ms. Faye's homemade biscuits and gravy, offering a mix of good and average choices.
